one of the best Straightener, I've ever used. it is light weight, hit up very quickly and doesn't damagethe hair.

I actually brought this straightener in 2021, 4 years later I am still using it nearly everyday so its got a workout, I just wanted to say its a great and I have quite fizzy hair and smooths it out, cannot wait to purchase a new one, but this one keeps going.
I cannot seem to slide it open to start using it , no matter how hard I try
Am I missing something ?
