What is the warranty period for Nav’s hair products?

Nav’s Hair offers 1 year warranty on all Hair Straighteners.

Does Nav’s hair offer free postage?

Yes!

We offer free postage on all orders above $49.95. If your order is under $49.95 there is a flat shipping fee of $6.95. We also offer Express postage for a flat fee of $15.95 per order.

Does Nav’s hair you offer international shipping?

Yes!

We offer international shipping.

The prices for international shipping are calculated and displayed when you check out. Please note, all prices are in AUD.

Is there any difference between the straighteners?

Yes, there is! There are two different heads.

One is a wide head and recommended for thicker hair, and the other is a less wide head. The titanium plates used on both head are identical.

What is the maximum temperature hair straightener reach up to?

All of Nav’s Hair Straighteners have an adjustable temperature control with which you can set your desired temperature. The range of temperature is between 50 and 232 degrees.

How long will I be without my straightener if have to return it?

Once we have received the hair straightener it will take up to 3 days to process to send you out a new hair straightener.

How do I claim my warranty?

To claim on the guarantee you need to retain your original proof of purchase. In the unlikely event of any appliance proving to be faulty. please refer to our Returns & Refund policy.

How does the 14 day money back guarantee work?

We are confident in our product and offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your straightener, for any reason, please contact us to arrange for the straightener to be sent back and full refund to you. What is after pay?

No interest or added fees and nothing to pay upfront. Payment is automatically deducted from your credit card in four equal payments each fortnight and your order is shipped as normal. So buy now pay later less the additional fees!

Hair Straightener FAQ

How do I unlock straightener to adjust temperature & turn it off?

Each hair straightener unlocks exactly the same way. To unlock, simply slide your finger from the top of the panel down and you will notice the lock symbol on the LCD display change to a unlock symbol, you can then adjust the temperature or turn off the power.

When I turn off the straightener it flashes "high temp" why is that?

The hair straightener will flash "HIGH TEMP" when you turn it off as a warning not to touch the plates, as the temperature is still very hot and the hair straightener is cooling down.

My Nav’s hair straightener temperature decreases?

The hair straightener temperature will automatically start to decrease after 2 minutes of not being used. On the LCD screen you will see "SLP" appear next to the lock symbol, this means the hair straightener is in sleep mode and is cooling down. This is an additional safety feature added by Nav’s Hair. To get the hair straightener out of sleep mode, simply tap the panel and when the lights appear on the panel the hair straightener will automatically rise back to the pre-set temperature.

How do i clean my straightener?

Prior to cleaning, always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool. The appliance must only be cleaned when it is cold. Use a soft cloth to wipe the plates and handle. Do not use abrasives or cleaning solutions. (Refer to User Manual)

How big are the hair straightener plates?

Standard hair straightener plates are 26x90mm. Wide plate model size is 44x90mm.
